Take 3 Minutes to Pray with This Simple Reflection
Don’t overthink it — sometimes the most powerful prayer moments begin with just a few quiet thoughts.

Take 3 Minutes to Pray with This Simple Reflection
Sometimes we think prayer must be long, eloquent, or deeply emotional to “count.”
But one honest minute with God is more powerful than an hour of distraction.
Today, we invite you into a simple, 3-minute reflection.
Step 1: Breathe & Be Still
Start by sitting down and taking three slow breaths.
“Be still and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
No need to rush. Let your mind settle. Close your eyes if you want to.
Step 2: Speak from the Heart
Whisper something simple:
- “God, I’m here.”
- “Thank You for today.”
- “I need Your peace right now.”
There’s no script. God isn’t waiting for perfect words — just an open heart.

Step 3: Listen for Peace
End in silence. Ask God for peace. Just sit in that moment for a while.
Sometimes He speaks.
Sometimes He just is.
